Features
- Palatable complete ration for heifers where rapid gains are not appropriate
- Combination of rolled corn and whole barley
- Contains pre and probiotics
- Trace mineral and vitamin fortified
Benefits
- Heifers grow at rate to build frame without getting too fat
- A palatable mixture of grain which supplies different sources of starch promoting rumen function
- Supports rumen health by nurturing microbial populations, improving function, feed digestibility, reducing acidosis risk, aiding stress management, and helping maintain feed intake.
- Provides nutritionally essential trace minerals to meet increased requirements for growth and metabolism
Feeding Directions
Animals should consume 2.5 to 3.0% of body weight after being worked up to full feed. When animals are being limit fed or consuming more than 3% of body weight, a high quality hay should be fed to curb appetite. Feed free choice to heifers being grown for breeding. Introduce to mature cattle slowly to prevent digestive upsets. Provide fresh clean water at all times. Keep feed fresh in cool, dry storage. DO NOT use feed that is old, molded or insect contaminated.
